Scope of impact: A few customers have reported this issue, and our analysis indicates that this issue could potentially affect a very small number of your users intermittently if they are routed through the affected infrastructure. We're monitoring the service and continuing to analyze data from the environment in order to identify our next troubleshooting steps. We've restarted the affected systems, which has alleviated most of the impact, but we are still working to identify the underlying cause of the degradation in order to prevent further impact.
